I would've though the folks in Japan would be even more rabid and unstable considering One Piece's ridiculous sales. News to me anyhow.

Well the Japanese One Piece Fandom is insanely addicted but they aren't going to be translating chapters into English for us lol.

that's definitely true. they're perfectly content and then some for just reading the new chapters.

ok, so finally a new chapter. anyone else think that some parts of it felt unnecessary? because nothing save for Minato and Naruto getting ready to team up occurred really.

Well and Obito getting ready to open fire.

This week's(or last week's) had some pretty bad scans. Minato really should just hand over the entire Kyuubi package because lets face it he hasn't really done anything with it.

I thought the anniversary thing of Kushina and Rin's death was pretty lame. And if Naruto's birthday is coming up...wouldn't that make most of the Konoha 12 now legal adults?

hopefully Obito can do some damage but he probably won't

Granted last we heard Naruto was 16 so even with his next birthday he'd only be 17. But by that point you're nitpicking.

How come Minato was able to tame the Kyūbi—the evil side of him nonetheless—and master the chakra mode when he died the moment he sealed the Kyūbi into himself?

If it really the evil side? Didn't think the yin/yang chakras nad alignments. Now I'm just thinking about how the series would have been different with a more evil Kurama..

Maybe KyuYin is in some way still connected to KyuYang, knowing it should aid in the war. /shrugs

Tobirama is boss. It is great that he shows that you can shine/be a powerful shinobi without DBZ level BS.
