No, he's the leader of the Uchiha's or something like that. The people in the forums say that the anime insinuates that theres someone stronger than the Kyubi and that person is allegedly this Madara guy. Just search Google or Yahoo for [GLOW=BLUE]Naruto Theory. They can tell you better than I.[/GLOW]
