I think Tobi realizes that Naruto and Kurama aren't probably in the best of synch with one another and is simply trying to stall for time. His big Bijuu bomb at at the end of last chapter was probably simply a way to drain them(and his own beasts) of chakra. He isn't trying to kill them. Not here anyway.

I know, but Kakashi always pulls out something, and Guy is no slump either.

Isn't Kurama's chakra like ridiculously high though, on top of Naruto's already ridiculous chakra amount. Trying to outlast Naruto in chakra never ends well no matter how little you are using. I would think he should end this quick. But I guess since he is not trying to kill them, his options are a little limited.

It's ridiculously high, but so are all of Tobi's biju's chakra, and Naruto's been doing a0 *lot* of fighting, using a fair chunk of Kurama's in that.

I bet this battle ends with Kakashi cloning Uzanagi and pwning Tobi.

Tangent: I have a great fear of Kabuto becoming the main antagonist in place of Tobi. Would really hurt my enjoyment of the manga.
