Raz is hardly on, and he's probably more concerned with server issues etc than someone who got banned, especially someone like chill who has been banned a few times in the past.

PMing mods is pointless too. They just pass the buck until you have to PM Raz, and then wait for a reply that will just say 'blah blah I have faith in mod's decisions etc etc'. The whole thing is useless.

I know, but I still have the faint hope that if enough people PM him, maybe not about chill, but WD in general, he might do something about him. So, just do it. 😐
