donating blood

today i almost passed out ! I was donating blood for the first time at my high school. they held this drive in my gym and there were alot of ppl in there when they started taking my blood out i started getting pale and I felt sick my friend seth started screaming that i looked weird and 3 nurses ran to me screaming to put wet towls on me all of a sudden the needle was ripped of me and they made me breath from a paper bag while the other nurse pushed my legs up and down...omg! it was so embarrasing besides that i felt horrible...then one of the nurses told me to stay on the bed and brought me apple juice and cookies.

Moral of this story :eat before donating blood~

it was.... 😮 i really did get scared ... like i didnt even stay for practice and i never miss practice my friend cynthia took me home and i kind of wanted to cry cuz i was embarrased and i felt dizzy and sick...like a really bad hangover
