2. they never do. They also have to fly nearer to the surface to reach a level from which they can connect to the matrix, like at the beginning of reloaded. when do they fly from the matrix to zion???

when morph says he needs a two ships to come with him....and then they do.....from in the matrix o zion

and i know but how do you fly into something thats underground..

Theyre just having their convo in the matrix, then return to their ships - out of the matrix - and there meet, in the real (if you mean the scene in Reloaded)

Well is there any difference between underground and overground, except maybe stronger gravity?
