What Ever happend to Tank?

i was just thinking about this today, in M1 tank gets shot but says that "he will be alright" but in M2 Zee (links girlfriend) says that she lost 2 brothers (tank and dozer) to the Neb. so did Tank die or what? they never really explain this in the movie.....

we discussed this over and over and over and over!

Umm i think tanks dead that's why Link's in M2 not Tank. 😱

tank died... this was adrressed in the movie... when link came home and when zee was making shells... i don't know how he died though 😕 ...

It doesn't say he died of his wounds from when Cypher shot him. He could have died of natural causes for all we know.

But what we do know, is that he is dead.

I'm guessing there are 5 threads on this already. Apparently, the W. Bros couldn't get the actor who played Tank back, so they killed his character and got a new one.

I thought he wanted to come back - he was going to sue them for him not being asked back - and he claimed he's signed something that said he would be in any sequels after the first one...

ya, but they said he was an *******, so they didnt let him come back. Even Carrie Ann said so👆

I heard he was stealing things from the set of M1, and that's why he was kept out of Reloaded and Revos.

yes, that is another reason why they called him an *******

I remember reading an article back in June (2003) I think.
Reloaded/Revos were so expensive to make, that all the actors agreed to go down in salary. Tanks actor (the name eludes me) wouldn't do this.
Then he threatened the studio.
They kicked him out.

In Reloaded it's obvious from Zees and Links talk, that BOTH her brothers died (Dozer and Tank). How Tank died no one knows. Maybe we'll see it in Animatrix 2.

Animatrix 2 is just the thing that would make the Matrix complete. They need to have a few with Neo fighting someone. They should also have an entire episode based on the Architect answering like 30 questions from Sati. Like half of the questions should be about Neo.
