It is from "Day of the Dead". Right click on the photo, and you'll see the directory from which it came.

Furthurmore, I went to the trouble of retouching the otherwise horrible screen cap, you'll see that it is most definately a zombie. POG, have you even seen "Driller Killer"? It's not a gory movie at all, nothing this extreme anyway.
