do Martial Arts, I am an advanced student in Tae Kwon Do where you use kicks more then punches and I am a beginner student in Karate where you use your punches more than your kicks.
I've done Tae Kwon Do since I was ten for about 3 years and then stopped because I moved. I then took a year break from Martial Arts and ended up moving again where I started Karate and did that for 8 months. Now I have moved a again but back where I did Tae Kwon Do and I am looking forward in completing my traing in Tae Kwon Do so I can get my Black Belt.
I have done Martial Arts Tournaments and placed in 1st and 3rd in forms which is where you show your techniques in an artistic way to get placed in this you will need to have good technique stances flexibility and intensity, I have placed 3rd in point sparring which they stop you once you score a point 2 points for kicks 1 point for punches, 2nd place in Continous sparring where you do none stop sparring for a certain amount of time like 5 mins, and finally board breaking where I placed 1st and 4th.
I listen to music that gets me flowing in Martial Arts. The Mortal Kombat Theme always gets me pumping for a good sparring session. I usually listen to rock to my strength training. I listen to Rap and hip hop even sometimes beethoven when I am training to improve my techniques and forms
