Derek tried standing up again, and this time fell over because he was too weak to stand on his own.

The bigger man, who was originally beating Derek up, laughed. "So we are going to have a little fun with him."

The smaller man nodded. "just a little longer." he said as he watched Allor's body go limp.

Derek whimpered and rolled over so that he faced the wall, away from the two tough guys.

(and allor!)

Allor's eyes opened. she was a little dizzy. She couldn't remember anything. A few faces but she didn't know if they were her allys or enemies.

The younger man, Vladimir, undid the straps and let Allor free.

"Who are you?" he asked.

"A...allor?" she asked unsure.

"Who is the boy slumped in the corner."

"I...I'm not sure."

Derek did nothing. Let her kill him for all he cared, she didn't even remember who he was... Better for her to do it than one of them.

The men laughed. "Take him too the holding cell..then come back for your mission."

Allor nodded. She noticed how hurt the guy was. Being as gentle as she could she helped him up and walked him to the holding cell. They could erase her memories but not her personality. she wasn't cold blooded.

Derek was surprised that she didn't act how Krysten had... When they got to the cell, he sat down against the wall, and motioned for her to sit down next to them, though he knew she probably wouldn't.

Allor arched an eyebrow. Could she trust him. He seemed harmless. She walked over and squatted eside him. "Yeah?" she said softly so the guards would not hear.

"You don't remember me, do you," he asked, in the same quiet voice.

allor shook her head. "I am sorry."

Derek looked into those piercing blue eyes that he had come to love, finding it strange that she didn't even know his. He took a nervous glance around the room, then put his hand on her shoulder and kissed her.

Allor linked. "w...what was that for?" she asked as quiet a s she had spoken before. Looking into his eyes (Aren't they brown?) and seeing something familiar. She couldn't quite place it.

((yes brown))

Derek smiled a little. "Remember? We went to the same school, and we got thrown in jail together, and we got shot and nearly died once or twice..."

"I'm sorry, I don't remember anything after last year." she said looking sad. "I have to go. I'll make sure they'll treat you with some respect."

"Wait... Then don't you remember how they killed your parents, and forced you to move to America?"

Allor stopped. "Um, not really." she said interested. She shut the door so they could talk without the guards eavesdropping. "But do you know what happened to my fosterfather. . .Wolf?"

"They killed him, too. Then you left Russia, and you thought you would be safe in the States, but they came and got you after a few years. I was there, too... I tried to keep them from taking you, but they took me with them... Though I guess that part doesn't matter to you."

"If they are the evil ones, then why are they takingcare of me?"

"They're not taking care of you," Derek said. "They're the ones who did that," he continued, pointing to a bullet wound in her arm.

Allor looked at. She was slowly regaining some of her memories. "I promise I'll be back.
