Allor bit her lip. "I remember some things, and I sort of rememer you." she said sighing. "But everything's so strange to me."
Derek shook his head in disbelief. This was impossible, it was a dream... He kissed her lightly on the cheek, then turned and walked away. He went to the men's room and stared at his own reflection in the mirror for a long time. Finally, he let out a loud roar, pounding his head and fists into the mirror at the same time.
Allor heard the crash of the glass mirror breaking. Her eyes widened in horror as she ran to the men's bathroom. banging on the door in her typical way she asks "Derek, are you okay?" she yelled not caring that people were looking at her. Turning to see them staring she glared. "What the hell do you find so interesting. Get your head out my ass and mind your own bussiness."
(((where are the men, and exactly why are they there)))
Allor looked worried. she stood in front of the men's bathroom door defensively. She would not let these men hurt Derek. She had lost him once and still couldn't rememer him completely, ut that meant she did remember him and wasn't about to loose him completely. Derek was nice to her and actually spoke to her after having her memory erased.
Derek looked down at his by now bloody hands and reached up to touch his forehead. He hauled himself up from the floor and stumbled outside. He was startled to see the crowd gathered around the door. "Just... Leave me alone," he said, pushing through the group. He ran down the hall, and was about to take the elevator before deciding it was taking too long. Instead, he took the stairs to the bottom floor. It had stopped snowing outside, and the sky was clear. He went down the street a block or so, then tripped and fell into the thick snow that covered the ground. He crawled on his hands and knees over to the wall of a building and sat down with his back to it.
(((You're gonna make her chase you, aren't you?)))
Allor felt someone push by her. The shove had landed her into the wall. Looking up she saw Derek running. Cursing herself mentally, she got up and ran ehind him. She was at least six doors behind him. She tripped as she followed him down the stairs and ended up falling down the last flight. Moaning in pain she gingerly stood and ran again.
Seeing a figure half buried in snow, Allor guessed it was him and ran the few blocks. She fell to her knees beside him and began brushing the snow away. "derek, what is going on?" she asked. She had noticed her was leeding. . .obviously the mirror. "derek, please, talk to me. I know something is worn." she said. Giving up she sat eside him and laid her head on his shoulder. "Well, if you are going to die out here in this shit, so will eye."
"I don't know, I don't know anything anymore. I don't get it. Life sucks. Life sucks, and then you die. Dammit, I almost had it alright for a day or so there, then poof," he said, tossing a handful of red snow in the air, "just like that, I'm half dead and not entirely sure which way I want to go, you don't even know who I am... Shit's f*cked up... Shit's f*cked up."
