Eddie was listening, but he was outside by the window

Seth looked at Jorgen as he entered the room, "Whats up man?"

Jorgen leaned against the counter. One hand was up to his nose as he held a cloth to it. "What is going on between you and Krys?" he asked. "Or more specifically, do you like her?"

Derek sighed heavily and went over to the fridge to see what there was to eat.

Allor sighed. She watched Derek leave. WHy didn't she just tell him aout Jorgen's fears?

"You alright?", Derek asked, turning away from the food.

Allor looked up. "Not really." she replied laying on the floor.

"What's wrong?"

"Everything." she said sounding uncharacteristically depressed. "Why does everything have to be a conflict?"

"I don't know. I wonder that a lot too. The world is so god damn f*cked up."

Allor laughed. "You don't know how right you are."

"You ever think about society? Like how people always fight, no matter how hard somebody tries to make them just get along?"

Seth looked at Jorgen, "Sure I like her, I mean, Shes beautiful, fun to be around, smart, a great friend, But I don't-" Seth paused for a second, 'did he really like Krysten in that way', Seth looked at jorgen, 'he might have feelings for her too', "I mean I like her but not in that way" Seth looked down and leaned against a little table, 'he felt as if he was lying or something'.

Katherine opened her eyes slowly, she felt as if she had been sleeping for days, she rubbed her head as she sat up on the couch, she looked to the sides of her and saw no one.

JOrgen nodded. "It was just. I noticed how you and krys were getting really close then you and kat were getting close and seem to ignore her. I just don't want her to get hurt, you know?"

Allor nodded. "Actually, yeah, I have." she sighed as she climbed on top of the counter and begin searching through the cabinets.

Derek found a loaf of bread and stuffed a slice in his mouth. "You know what's funny... I never used to think about this, and the more I do... The more I realize, I just don't care. I know I should, and sometimes it bugs me... But I've been thinking about this philosophical stuff for awhile now, and I just don't give a shit. About anything. I can't explain it."

Allor started pulling everything under the sun out of the cabinets. "Damn." she said starting to sling the stuff behind her. "Well, Derek. I stopped giving a shit when my dad died. After a while everyone else will do the same." she said in between slingin the sugar backwards and pulling out the flour.

"That's the problem, isn't it? Nobody really cares about anything, you and I included. You asked before why everything ended in conflict. Well, there you go. Because nobody seems to mind that things work that way. I don't get it, it bothers me that nobody cares, but I'm one of those people."

Allor sighed as she climbed down. "I do care about somethings you know." she said walking over to him. "and Marria cares aout everything! I mean it's enough to drive someone crazy." she joked.
