"What the hell happened?"

Allor didn't look at Derek. "They came at us."

"Who, the mob? Dammit, that guy said he was going to get rid of them!"

"He got rid of them alright. This however is the wife of the leader. Or more to the point was." Allor said as Jorgen helped her sit down on the couch.

Derek swore as he dug through the cabinets in the room, looking for a first aid kit. He found one, and pulled out a pair of tweezers, and a roll of bandages.

JOrgen sat beside her. "Al, how does that not other you. . .to kill people."

Allor looked at him. "Damnit, Jor, she shot you. She was going to kill you."

Derek sat down next to Jorgen and began digging the bullet out of his shoulder.

Jorgen winced. He tried to seem brave though.

Allor smiled ignoring the whole in her leg. She laid her head on the back of the couch.

After a few minutes, Derek managed to pull the ball of lead out of Jorgen's arm, and handed him a roll of gauze. He sighed deeply, cleaned the tweezers off, and sat down next to Allor.

Allor looked at Derek. "This is going to hurt like hell, isn't it?" she said.

Derek nodded. "Have fun," he said before he started.

Allopr bit her lip to stop from screaming. She had done so with so much force that it had began to bleed.

Derek gritted his teeth as he pulled the spent bullet from Allor's leg.

Eddie went on to the roof and sat next to Krysten

Allor blinked back the tears. "That could have felt better." she said.
