Cuddle Valley High: Role Play

"Okay, we should go practice now."

ALlor nodded. "Sorry about earlier." she told him as they walked into the garage.

"That's alright," Derek said, grabbing his bass. Mike followed them in, trying to eat a cinamon roll.

Allor laughed. "Enjoying it?" she asked Mike.

Mike said something incomprehensible.

((some hours later))

"We should probably get going," Derek said.

Allor nodded. "Yeah. So why'd we get invited to the gig again?" she asks derek as the three start off.

"Because everybody thinks I'm a hero, this chick invited me to her party, and I thought it would be a good opportunity to play someplace since I can never get gigs anywhere."

"Oh, because you're Mr. Hero? God you suck." Allor teased. "I mean what do I get out of it?"

Derek shrugged. "You're the one who volunteered," he teased. After a few minutes they got to the girl's house. Derek knocked on the door. This girl... Who I shall call "Mara" from this day forth... Answered it.

"Hey, you can set up over there," she said, indicating a spot next to the wall in the huge living room. There were already several amps and a drumset there.

"Handy," Derek said. He and Mike plugged their instruments in and started tuning.

Derek stepped up to the mic. "Alright, everybody shut the hell up for a second," he said. Nothing happened. He stepped back and shrugged. The band launched into "Down With the Sickness" as loud as they could. That shut everybody up.

Allor laughed as she banged the drums. God she loved Derek. He was definately a comic relief and a good friend.

"Alright, motherf*cks, now that I have your attention... If any of you rich assmonkeys have a song you want to hear... You can request it after this song. Now shut up and listen." The band played another song that Darth doesn't feel like coming up with...

*hugs Darth and tells him it's cool* Allor plays along but it's clear she's out of it.

When they finished the song, Derek told Mike to entertain everybody somehow. He went down the hall to a bathroom and motioned for Allor to come with him.

Allor slid of the stool she had been sitting on. She followed Derek. "What's up?"

"What's bothering you? I know you can play better than that."

"I don't know. I guess I'm just not motivated." Allor said shrugging.

Katherine overheard a few kids mumbling, "When is he coming back! We want to hear him play"

Katherine turned to see Seth who kept downing shots, "Seth did you hear that, they love Derek! They sound so good, AL is doing really good considering she only practiced with the band for a few hours"

Seth nodded, "Wooooo! This shit rocks my world"

katherine wrinkled her nose, "Seth are you dru-"

Seth pulled her into the kitchen, before she could finish her sentence, Danny was in there with a tray of Jello Shots, "Hey Seth, Kat you guys want.......some........Whoa Seth you should leave some for the rest of the people"

"Aagh, fine!" He walked out of the kitchen, leaving DAnny and Katherine stunned, Seth ate 6 jello shots in less than a minute.

He walked back in, "Cmon Kitty and Danny lets go dance" He pulled them into the living room.

Derek sighed. "You don't have to do this, you know," he said reluctantly.

Katherine and danny were reluctant to dance,so Seth started to dance with a blond girl and was drinking a strawberry daiquiri, "How many drinks did he have?" Danny asked

"i dont know Danny, I have to find Derek and AL, Derek can stop him from drinking"

"I'll go with you"

Both went off to find Derek and Allor.
