She was taken back from her thoughts due to the sudden voice. The same man from before, she couldn't help but smile. After her little action just before she wasn't sure why he had come to her, but none the less the company was more then welcome.
"No, not at all," She spoke softly, pushing a chair out for him with her foot.
"That is it...," she whispered, though her voice was clearly heard as the steam from the coffee rose, outlining her face in a shollow mist.
Her eyes slowly rose, falling upon his own, then drifting to take in his features. A few more strands of her hair falling loose of their clip. She didn't know what to say, or what to do. She wasn't used to people coming right up to her.
"The stars are the best...," she suddenly blurted.
A small laugh filling her throat, she nodded in reply. Keeping silent other then that as she brought her drink toward her lips. Taking in a sip her eyes drifted toward the window. The rain coming down hard, renewing the land just before them all. She sat in awe for a moment then once more gave her attention to Derek.
"I was transferred. I guess my parents wanted me to get used to the place I'm going to go to college at. Always preparing for the future...," she paused for a moment.
"Have you ever felt over weighted with things. You know...to the point you think your knees could give way at any moment?...."
Allor stood outside the club. She was soaked. Hernow black hair was curling slightly and her clothes clung to her body making her wring them out before she stepped inside the club. She stood for a moment before moving into a unnoticed corner. The sight of Derek with another girl caught her interest.
"Yeah...I guess."
That was all she could think of to say, all she really wanted to at that. Her mind was drawing a blank. Slowly she gazed upon her reflecton in the deep brown liquid. The steam almost dieing down but the smell still as wonderful. It was getting later and it might be nice to explore a bit before heading him, but all together she didn't mind where she had ended up. She had made a new friend, she guessed it was good enough. Slowly, under her breath so as not to have anyone here, she let a song cascade from her lips. One she was always sure of when it came to releasing her tensions.
She nodded, the thought sticking with her. It was rather late. Slowly she began to stand, pushing her chair in afterwords. Easing in a deep breath to slowly rise and fall with her chest she tossed her cup in the nearest trash can. Running her fingers along the surface of the table as she made her way for the door.
Exiting she braced herself for the wind, but all in all loving the feel of it graze her flesh. She pondered her next stop, that is sense she was still unsure on heading home. Turning toward the left she walked, finding herself tracing her foot steps until a certain sign caught her eye. "Lake at left." That would be nice and rather interesting.
Her smile returning she lifted a hand to tug her hood on a bit further to block the rain.
Finding a bench worth sitting on, she leaned back into its structure. Her hood slipping free as the rain began to die down into a thinner mist. Her eyes scanning over the stars above, she tried her best to outline them or at least make some sort of pattern. A smile crossing her lips, she began to remember all the friends she once had. The little things such as going to a movie or huddling close on the couch to play some silly thing. She would even admit, she missed all the arguements as well, but even if they were all gone at least she could reflect upon them. Her eyes closing further, she relaxed to the sound of the crickets in the back ground. A splash here and there by some unknown fish.
"Tap on my window, knock on my door...I...wanna make you feel beautiful. And I don't mind spending every day, out on your corner in the pouring rain...look for the girl with a broken smile. Ask if she wants to stay awhile"
