Allor waited for Derek to take his turn. She was talking to Scott about some play.

Derek knocked two balls in the little holes in one turn. Woot, he's the greatest.

"Oh." She thought for a second. "It could be a fun costume, ya know. Anything." She really wanted to go but she didn't wanna go alone.

"i have no costumes at all...." michael said.

laughs, erm, Allor glanced up noticing the girl she hated most in the entire school. Surprisingly, she wasn't slutty. She wore baggy pants and a green button up shirt unbuttoned to show off her tight white tanktop.

"Who are you suppose to be, Oki?" Scott asks.

"More like what is she suppose to be?" Allor smirked.

Derek watched with semi amusement, taking another sip of his drink.

Oki rolled her eyes. "**** of, Anttisdottir. You're just jealous that I'm on the soccer team." she said not in a snooty way but in a ha you'll never be near a good athlete as I.

"Actually, Oki, Alliecat is on the team. She and coach made a deal."

This didn't look good. "Oh joy." Oki rolled her eyes.

"And tomorrow night after the game I'll announce my resiigning as captain."

This definately caught her attention. "Why?"

Derek chuckled as he watched the scene unfold.

"I'm just not a orn leader and the way the team's talking they have two people in mind." Scooter said catching Allor's eyes.

Allor went for her turn ignoring Oki. The girl didn't like her because of her being a bitchy whiner a few years ago.

Derek approached Oki and held out his hand to her. "Don't think I've met you before," he said, curious what she was like.

Oki smiled. "Name's Oki Graham. You must be the hero kid, Derek Nix, am I right?" she asked.

Allor closed her eyes making three balls in before missing and letting Scott go. She tried to ignore the other female in the room

"Uh... Hero kid?"

"Long story." Oki said. "So how'd Anttisdottir con you into coming?"

Allor said nothing. She was seething and Scott could see it. "Are you coming to our game tomorrow?"

"Wasn't planning on it. Why?"

Allor stiffened.

"Thought maybe you'd support Al." Scott said. He smiled sheepishly when Oki shot him a look.

Allor sighed. "No, it's okay. He has plans."

"Uh... I could come if you want me to..."

Allor shrugged. "I thought you had plans." Like meeting with your dealer.

"No, actually," Derek said, knowing exactly what she was thinking.

"Well, then I would love you to come." ALlor said smiling.

Scooted chuckled. "So Oki do you think you could win the title of captain."

"You know it."

Derek went back to the pool game, wondering why he'd agreed to come. He hated sports.

Oki then practically drooled over Scooter as he told her and Allor the strategies he had come up with.

"You could improve them." Allor said softly. "But I have neither pen nor paper to show you." Her eyes were on Derek. Why the hell did he agree if he hates sports so much.

Derek put his arm around Allor's shoulders and kissed her on the cheek. "Something wrong?" he asked quietly enough that nobody else could hear him.
