Jimmy sighed, " I hate waking up early, good thing we only have a few more days in here, I have some gummi bears in my cell, do oyu guys want some?"

"so what are you going to do about jorgen allor?" Katherine said as she munched on chips, She handed the bowl of chips to Krys. Seth stopeed flipping the chanels, "when is he out anyway?"

Derek walked sullenly back to his cell, ignoring Jimmy.

Jimmy noticed and looked at Jorgen, he ran over to derek, "whats up man, anything wrong?"

"Will you shut up for two seconds? Don't you get it? I don't want to constantly be around you every god f***ing second of my day!"

jimmy smiled and put his hands up as if he surrendered, "Alright man, well I'll see ya later." He ran over to catch up to Jorgen.

A big guy leaning on the wall, spit his gum out.
"seems blondie has a crush" he said as he walked away.

Jorgen stared after the big guy. "Okay." said Jorgen. He turned to Jimmy. "You mentioned Gummi Bears?" he said.

Allor looked at Aktherine. "Well, He's still being investigated." she stopped and sighed. "And soon I'll be in there with him from the accusations."

Jimmy went to his gym locker and dug out 2 packs of gummi bears, he threw one to jorgen and opened his. He began to eat them, and said, "you know i am really worried bout Derek, he seems really depressed all the time, its a good thing we are almost out of this place im sure the sunshine will liven him up, so jorgen tell me bout yourself, friends family?"

Katherine sighed, she looked down "so allor why is jorgen in jail?"
Seth turned the tv off and stared at ALlor.

Allor shook her head. "My past" was all she said. "More precisely my biological father's past."

Jorgen ate a bear then sighed. "Um, family. My family is in Russia. They only had enough money to send me here. As for friends, I have Allor, Krysten, Katherine, and Derek." He said stuffing four gummi bears in his mouth.

Katherine grabbed more chips and stuffed them in her mouth, she looked at Seth and as he settled back in the chair, and turned the tv back on.

Jimmy took 2 more bears and threw them in his mouth, once he swallowed he said, "do you miss your family?"

Jorgen shrugged his shoulders. "My father is never home and my mother is too busy looking after my sister. Allor and Krysten have been my only real family."

Krysten ate some chips. "I thought that bit of mess was over long ago." she said.

Allor shook her head. "Apparently not."

Krysten sighed. "What are we going to do?"

Allor shrugged. "Wait until the police come to get me."

Katherine looked at Allor, "allor whats going on!?, please tell me!, Maybe we can stop you from going to jail, i mean you're not the kind of person to commit a crime!"

Jimmy plopped another gummi in his mouth, "Well at least you have a family Jorgen, My mom died at birth and my dad disowned me once he found out that I wasn't straight, so that was that." he ate his last gummi bear

Jorgen gave the rest of his to Jimmy. "My father is why I am here."

Allor shook her head. "This has been going on for generations."

jimmy looked down and said, "our dads are bastards, and I sure as hell dont need mine"

Katherine stood up, "Krys can you come to kitchen with me to get more chips". Seth got up and said, "i can help" Katherine looked at Seth and smiled ," no thank you, Krys can help me"

Krysten nodded and followed Katherine into the kitchen. In a low whisper she said. "I am sworn to secrecy."

Jorgen smiled. "Maybe." he said eating a couple of gummi bears.

Katherine grabbed a potato chip bag from the top cabinet and dumped them into the chip bowl. "yeah, i sorda guessed that, but i mean id there anything i can do to help , i mean is she even going to trial, TI isnt fair because Derek is already going out and now Allor is goin in, this really sucks!"

Seth came in and said, "sorry you guys if i'm interupting your secret meeting, but me and Allor are dying of thirst." he went over to the refrigerator, took two coca cola cans and stepped out.

Katherine shook her head and took two soda cans, she handed one to Krys.

Krysten sighed. "There'll probably be a trial but it won't do anygood. This was set up and just like Jorgen, Al will be in Jail." she said as she brought the chips out to Seth and Allor.

Derek was sitting in his cell, trying to decide what to do. He wanted to talk to somebody, but he didn't want to face that other guy if he went to find Jorgen.

Jorgen sighed. "I'm going to go talk to Derek and see if he needs anything. I'll be back." with that he walked over to Derek's cell. "hey." he said.

Katherine sighed and sat back down, she grabbed a handful of chips and began to eat them.
"we should order some pizza" He grabbed the yellow pages and placed it on his lap, he flipped through the pages, and grabbed the phone.
"Aw man, I love Piscos Pizza, I thought they only had this in california!"
Seth dialed the number and ordered the pizza.

Jimmy decided to go play basketball, he decided to wait to see Derek until dinner time.
