I made a piant document on my computer from a pic that someone else had. I would like to know how to post it onto the site.

upload it on the web and use the [IMG] tags

If you want to attach the picture to the post, just the attach button, just under the text box where you write your post.

If its a sig, then upload it using the url under the sig box in options.

If an avatar, use the upload in options.
