well I think that if you are really interested it would be advisable to atleast Skim this thread for Storm her posts, which would explain a lot.

There is still time to sign up else she wouldn't have said so.
Now to answer your question there would be a list concluded in the letter and also a list here in this thread (points to storm's last post) which would tell you where to send it to
