Scandinavia is actually the Scandinavian penninsula which is mad up of Norway and Sweden . So Denmark is technically not part of Scandinavia. They are accepted as Scandinavian though because of their close relations with Norway and Sweden and that their language is very similare to Norwegian and Swedish
