Unfortunatley, it does. I bought a computer off the internet in parts at the same time my friend bought a dell and get this:
Mine cost 1/3 of the price and had about 1/3 BETTER features... The processor was MUCH faster on mine, the Motherboard on theirs was pitiful, and i got a Flatscreen for the price of their normal monitor... 😘
