Eat lots more protein, but try to steer clear of fats. Tuna is packed full of it, but I prefer steamed chicken if I'm on a protein diet.
If you want to look really good, try going on a high protein diet for ages, whilst doing heavy weights at the gym. Then when you're all bulked up, reduce the protein intake right down and switch to cardio workouts.
You'll burn off all the fat bulk and be left with a toned muscular body.
