try to find an agent in your area and hook up an audition with them. if they like you then they'll keep you. but dont get an agent that makes you pay, THEY ONLY GET PAID IF YOU GET PAID, all the other ones are rip-offs. mine gets paid 15% of whatever i make which is a pretty good deal. dont feel bad if your not chosen, that just means that your not the right type of person for that agency. hope that helps!
for headshots you can use the internet and try to find places that do head shots for models and actors in your area. look at the gallery that they have to make sure that they do the type of photos that you want (exp: black&white, artsie, and stuff like that). they normally are quite expensive, but theyre worth it. mine cost $300, uGh! to get an agent its best that you have headshots first, but if you dont have them just find a good picture of yourself and use that instead.
a resume you put on the back of your headshots. you can either send them in to a professional (sp?) and have the info typed on to the back, but its best just to type it on your computer and print it out so that your able to change it without having to throw out your pictures (i learned that the hard way)since everytime you are in another play or have another performance of some sort your expierences, written down on your resume, change. i gotta go now, byebye (a bit off topic, sorry!)
ok i know this is kinda a lil bit late and what i'm writing about is long gone, but I'm kinda new and i didnt have a chance to say it before. ok the person from the IMDb boards who said that s/he got a speaking role is totally lying. they dont decide whos going to be an extra a year in advance of when the movie is being filmed, and they would never send an extra to where they were casting and have it with the cast. OMG i hate it when people lie 🙁 , sorry im kinda depressed that the auditions arent real! uGh! talk to ya lata
i just thought of something that made me feel betta. since all that stuff was just rumors and stuff, the auditions are going to happen still and we'll find out when they do because now were really looking out for them. its better than knowing that you missed your chance, for us the opportunity is still there. (whoa that sounds quite dramatic and meanigful) anyways talk to ya lata
nobody nows for sure about anything becuase i they havent even finishin writing the script, the best thing that everyone can do is wait, maybe all the rumors are wrong, or they may not be ( proably arent true but anyways) but i dont know lol thats all i have to say
