all of my agents, one thats famous for their extras in big movies and tv series, and one that is pretty big in LA, both said that they arent searching for anything. so did both of my aunts agents and shes been in several movies as lead characters and in a tv series(all union). my agent from where i live doesnt know of anything either, but she doesnt really know much so, we'll leave her out of this. i dont really know what to say to what slonik9 said, except that maybe the agencies that youre talking about are independent and they get stuff set-up before it happens so theyre not directly connected to the casting agents of POTC2, (its possible). im not trying to argue im just posting what i know is true. its not from an internet sorce so its not a rumor.
yeah the only thing i ever auditioned for was the school play last week, and i sucked an if i got in at all it was only for a minor, minor role. sigh.
ok so tell me if i'm right:

*no auditions yet
*any auditions will be in late fall/early winter 2004 (which would be better 4 me!)

and dont feel let down or anything, because you still have a shot its just not right away. just think that'll give you some time to get an agent and prepare. and now that were really looking out for the auditions we'll find them and we'll be able to tell when its the truth. i just wanted to make sure to tell all of you that its a rumor because you should really be careful about where you send in your personal info and pictures. so just be careful.
ok i suggest that you dont send them in now, because they arent casting yet. i guess you can try, but from the website that ted and terry post on, they said they arent casting at the moment. you do need headshots, or a good picture. i dont want to say much more because i dont want to say anything untrue. i hope that helped though
jjoutlaw3: its kk... u've got all ur facts rite...do u have an agent??? if not, get one! it'll really help if u want to get the part...um yea, you cant send anything into the casting offices yet, b/c they aren't accepting them just yet...i will keep u guys posted whenever i hear something from my agent..

an i dont get put down when ppl say there rnt any auditions. i'm almost relieved cause then if there's a chance there might be auditions in the future and that gives me more time to work things out, or, if theres absolutly no auditions that might still be good cause then i dont have to worry about any of this or about everyone who's better than me. sorry. i am sounding like a selfish, careless, brat. i'm really not. i dont mean to say that i want to take the role away from anyone. ahh i dont kno what i'm trying to say.

i heard they weren't done with the script and they weren't even in post production yet, but that most likely auditions will be held end of may beginning of june because filming will most likely start jan. 2005
Well i have a ques too, I love ating, since i found out what it was (when i was like 3) i've known that's what i'm going to do for the rest of my life (don't ask how i know, it's just a feeling/sensation i dunno i can't explain it, i just know) I'm in the process of getting an agent, i have done theatre in school six years now, i have been in several productions, not just acting also working behind the scenes on lighting and makeup ( i think i do a pretty good job with stagemake up) i have done countless monologues, duets, improvs and even pantamimes, i also due duet acting, dramatic interpretation, and humerous interpretation for my schools debate team, and i know it sounds conceded (everything in general, not just what i'm about to type, but it all adds up to the basic point of my question) i think i'm pretty good at acting, I have dark brown hair, light skin (my nickname's been snow white ever since i played her in school because everyone noticed the resemblence), bluish greyish eyes that constantly change colors, big angelina jolie type lips but with a more defined top curve, high cheekbones, my face structure resembles that of johnny depp, i wear contacts (necessary unless they rather have me go blind), all in all i don't consider myself ugly but of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder so who am i to judge, one of the plays i performed inat school was Bah Humbug!, a rendition of a christmas carol, therefore i do a good british accent, i an good with accents if i hear them a few times i can usually imitate, i speak frenh and spanish (i'm hispanic, even though i don't look it)and i'm 16 (turning 17 in april), but there's a few comlications with my ability to obtain the part, first- my family is completely broke so any hope of flying is out of the question and i doubt my parents would agree to drive me from texas to either miami or la for an audition, and also I'm short! I am a proud height of 5 ft 2 1/2 in, and i don't know if i would automatically be discriminated against because i am vertically challenged ( i'm not a midget or anything like that, it's just genetics, both my parents are somewhat short as well) well that is my question i will appreciate whatever response any one offers me

hey i know at the moment the audtions are just rumors but i was just wondering if having braces would make a difference? i had my brcaes fitted on tuesday (24th feb) must to my dissapointment but do u think that would effect my chances? i mean as long as i'm a good actress it shouldn't matter right?! and also what is the address for the disney POTC website coz i cant seem to find any of the info that people are saying they are getting the info for it from??
