WHy would a avatar change

Ok Raz put in the avatar that lance made for me but i didnt like that one so i asked TH to put in the one that Raz made me the "copper one" and it took like a half hour to change into the copper one but then after a whike changed back to the one lance made me why would this happen

perhaps it's your cache kicking in ?
