Quor has a good idea about that. Maybe that damned chef has some...answers...or, if you just feel like killing him (I know the poisoned would like to!), though you can do that and interrogate him quite easily.
Galiss, Thajkon does not go for stealth, but he definitely would not lose an opportunity to forcefully make someone work for him...
