Byte - dunno where it exactly comes from, maybe just because it sounds similar to bit = "BInary digiT" 🤨 I think it's the abbreviation for either "BInary TErm" or "BInary digiT Eight" [both interpretations are found]
According to the new IEC International Standard from 1998, it should be exbibyte (EiB) instead for not mixing binary Exabytes up with the decimal Exabyte 🙄 but that sounds silly and nobody uses it (officially, it should also be Mebibyte and Gibibyte 😘)

changed my slighly. I left the end pics the smae and just resized the middle one (it was slightly too wide). I added wordart for cool effects. Added the new line "You will unite or I will unite you myself. The first part comes from Elrond's speech in the FotR (about time I used Elrond lines instead of Smith 😛 ), and the second part refers to Smith's ability to to copy himself. He 'unites' everyone by making them the same
