mazzimus...how come you didnt get your pic taken?
what time did it finish?what time did you leave there?
i meant what time did they take your form?
you didnt even go into the studio?!!
i think they are just saying that they might ring up that person...
yeah...i agree with Georgina A that they will contact the ppl who had their pics taken...
i dun know how many ppl they gonna take...
but...me...definitely not gonna get the chance...
coz when they took the pic...i wasnt even F****** ready!!!!!!!!
wow. i kinda thought it would be like that. that's how it was for the patil twins casting. it's gonna be really hard to narrow down 3,000 people. i guess the first deciding factor is if you've got the look. but, yeah, i agree they should've just asked you to send in photos. it must've but freezing just standing outside for hours!
as far as i know, that's how they always do the auditions - first thing they look for is appearance - the person must look the part, as described by JKR in her books.
from what i remember, that's how they did it too for the Hermione & Ron characters.. for the Harry Potter too.
i can understand - if you were in the shoes of those given the great task of choosing from, like what, more than 3,000 hopefuls - how else would you do it?
from what i know, they will pick more than a hundred next, then, they they'll slowly trim it down.. til the last 3 or 2 - then select the final 1.
the next batch will probably be the ones to be interviewed, then screened for acting talent, and so on, til they get their Cho Chang.
they wer the sort of traditional china chinese luking people.
*tilts head to side and looks at you funny* I'm just gonna assume that it came out wrong.
Obviously they were looking for chinese people, the role is for a chinese girl.
And obviously all the people there were British. They have that whole "British Only" bit.
That's all I could understand from your writing.
I meant..
No I'm not british, I'm canadian. I'm just asking out of curiosity who was judging the applicants. Like the casting agents. But I guess no one could really know. I've read reports on what it was like, but nothing about the actual casting agent people. Was there a table where these adults were sitting or something like that?
