We'll use Texas' oil to fund the project, then we'll implant special chips in to Texans cars. So if anyone from Hawaii or California trys to get on the autobahn, sharp metal spikes will pierce through the tires and send then flyiing off to a fiery ditch!! 😈 😛 😈 😉
