Still a tiny bit of confusion, I see!

Burn clearly asks to put 4 bursts at Loomis, Ares. But the shot was not good enough to do anything.Blowing off a steering wheel is near impossible anyway.

Ok, I assume Burn Natural Orders against one of the shots at him, from Jericho. Loomis rolls +2 against Burn for a 20- a hit. Eight damage to Burn! Damn it, he's hit you, Burn... you are wounded...

Ok, well, first of all, Loomis is now far too busy dodging and trying to drive to shoot anyone.

Jericho will put another four bursts at Burn, emptying his clip.

Khali, Tyr and Sinister will all fire at Mors again. Kahli fires first, Mors, so see if you want to take a DA against her first of all.

Medea moves forwars to engage Mors. She moves to grab you, performing a Talon of the Crane.

I'd say more like mass confusion, as opposed to a little bit...

...and now I must yell at you all.

...did I NOT point out that splitting up into three groups would make it so that three of us cannot fight or anything? Did I NOT say that we should go in TWO groups, and even list how we should be split up? And no one chose to listen, and now we're in trouble. Nice one, guys.

...and Ares, exactly what in hell were you thinking when you decided to shoot at Medea? Did you forget the fact that she was halfway on our side?

Okay, now that I've gotten out my frustation on the situation...4 more bursts on Loomis.

Loomis tkes a normal dodge again. San, you roll +1 for an 18, another hit and another 4 damage to Loomis.

You must make a drive roll (and use Gathering of the Clouds) to keep steady as you drive; rolling evens again means you make it.

Just looking at what's going on has put me off my suicidal plan...

Well, we really need to resolve the Mors situation so I shall wait a while...

(Whoops! I guess I shouldn't have fired at Medea. Still, she was moving to take on Mors, so one of those *eek!* moments from me. 😬 )

If you notice, I kinda fuzzed over that shooting at Medea bit by saying Cloud moved the vehicle forwards... and don't say I don't care for you guys...

OH! MUST remember to mention this!

Any weapon that requires two hands to fire takes FIVE exertion to reload, not 3! I think you need the re-load, Ares.

Heh...'sokay, I was just irritated about how everything was going. Pissed-off moment has passed...and Ush says for me to try and not shoot the rest of you guys in my frustration 😂

Barb wants to know if he could use Prodigious Leap to jump from his bike onto one of the Hummers.

He could give it a go. It would need a roll, though.

Ares retreats back into the Humvee and grabs a clip for his M16.

Yeah. kinda the way things panned out for you I am afraid, Mors. I think probably at least two people needed to board.

So, what is it going to be?

Well, the only DA I can think of that won't be quadruple dodging is Willow Step against the bullets...

Then I want to use Flip of the Grasshopper on Medea to get out of combat...

Then Prodigious Leap, when I can.

"I don't want to hurt you, Medea," Mors says. "I know..."

Ok, a Willow Step it is.

With Khali you are fortunate- she rolls -6 and misses!

Tyr misses also, but Sinister rolls evens and that is a 17, a Hit. Another four damage to you, Mors, which wounds you.

Medea rolls +1 with her attack- a 16, which is a Hit! She grabs you, twsists you around, and holds you furnly.

Just as a note, you have to hit her with a successful 'break' attack to get free, each of which makes you take five damage. Unless you have a power that breaks Holds.

"Hold still..." says Medea.

Barb rolls evens on his roll, and leaps onto Burn's hummer.

Ok, time for a new round! Exertion and Focus reset!

Ok, the first thing that happens is that Loomis suddenly wrenches the van into a side street. Drivers must make rolls to keep up with thr sudden manoeuvre. Difficulty is 10.

San rolls -2... which is a ten, she turns as well and makes it.

Cloud rolls +2... which is also a ten! Lucky...

Concentrated driving like that takes three exertion for both of you, as it has for Loomis.

Burn takes three exertion dropping an assault rifle and picking up a shotgun; leaves you with three exertion still to play with, Burn.

Ares takes four exertion reloading his gun which means he is on 4 exertion and has acted for this turn. So, things very quickly look like this:

Medea is not doing anything other than maintaining her hold on Mors.

Loomis uses BGB to again put two bursts at Ares and two at Burn. Jericho re-loads his gun and puts another three bursts at Burn. Khali reloads her weapon, using Lightning Reload, taking her to exertion 1; I will wait and see what she does. Tyr does likewise. Sinister reloads his gun with just one exertion. He jumps onto one of the van doors, and uses it as cover as he swings on it around to the side and fires three bursts at Ares.
