🙁 Gary, Lawson is a trainer for bodybuilders (I believe I am not 100% sure) and if I am not mistaken he has competed before.
You shouldn't say that because before I stopped I was at 217 with around 15% bf so all that muscle will come back in a rush. Its called muscle memory. So figure I have lost just about 15-20 pounds muscle. So when that comes back it will put me up to 215 with 18% then all I have to do is lose 18 pounds fo fat which will put me at 197 then I will only have to gain 3 pounds of muscle... It is very duable. I should get all my stregth/muscle back within 2 months.
Also, I am still cutting so dont think I am gonan bulk. But when I am done with my cut I will be around 190 at 8%. Then I will clean bulk up. The least I will be (mathimatically) will be 180 at 8%, but I plan on putting at the very least 10 pounds of muscle which will put me at 190 at the end of my bulk at 8% bf... that is confussing.
Diets do wonders bro, you should try it. 😉
