Maybe this 60 years old lady has a lot of spare time, along with children/grandchildren that plays. Maybe she is interested in fictional worlds. There could be plenty of reasons that explain why this woman plays WoW.
Does age really matter? What removes the right for a 60 years old to have fun with something she finds interest in, while a teenager is not even questioned ✅
no one menstioned the right at all, people live in free countries can play WoW at the age of 90 on their death beds if they really want to.....
the fact is that its very strange and peculior, i dont think Blizzards target Audiance were OAP, more likely teens imo, and a 60+ year old women playing a game for such things is peculior but if its natural to you then "shrug" not in my country its not, its strange
yes it should, its rare and irregulour and in comparison to the amount of teens and etc etc who the game is desigend for, its a eye opener to think theres a 60+ year old playing among us, especially since most 60-70 year olds i know would rarely touch or know how to use a computer, combined with the fact are not interested in games especially not WoW, it makes it all the more intrieging that shes leading a guild through Karazhan
It matters to me. It is wrong to make a big deal out of things like that.
When I played WoW, I was in the greatest guild ever. Sure, we did not raid Naxxramas, like most other powerful guilds....
But we were friendly, helping, had a positive attitude and were generally a joyful guild. I had a large quantity of friends in there, that I played and had a lot of fun with.
However, as they learnt I was a girl, I was treated differently by almost the entire guild.
Instead of treating me as the talented tauren hunter that I was, they treated me like a girl(?). They used different jokes, different approaches and they acted differently when we grouped.
Heck, some even considered me less talented 😐
well thats being mean and bashing imo, not really just because its strange that its a girl playing among all the many males but thats simply being cruel, i dont treat girls any diffrent when i meat them online, but if there was a 60+ year old id certainly give it a look at, i wouldnt say anything nasty to them but id certainly be intrieged
besides its common knowledge girls are less skilled at warcraft, i thought u knew that chair
