Cool. Thanx for the help, guys. I think I'll go get this liitle gem on payday and try this badboy out. Quick question: Are all of the characters easy to use, or is there a character that is recommended for a noob?

The easiest class to play would definetely be a paladin... they're ridiculously easy and its almost impossible to die because you can heal yourself, stun enemies, become invincible (for a short time) and do a lot of spells to make sure you live... just in the beginning. They don't do as much damage as warriors... but they're sooo much better if you don't want to group up (or can't find a group) 🙂

And by the way, you have to be either a human or a dwarf in order to be a paladin... and I'd probably suggest going with the dwarves just because their starting point in dun morogh looks absolutely incredible... and huge.

Keep in mind Paladins are incredibly boring.

Dagger Rogues are usually last to be picked for Raiding Groups, but first for PVP.

Everyone says that... I think they're fun though 😕

Blood Elf "paladins" > Alliance paladins.

I enjoy paladins in a PvP/early game sense (levels 1 - like 30), but in high end raiding... it's horrendously boring.

I agree.

They aren't even good PVPers.

They're good against Warriors and Rogues.

and hunters, and mages, and shammans, and druids, the once that give any truble at all are priest and warlock, shadow preist are easy though

Not Really Rogues, I never have Pally Problems - Ever.

A good paladin can be a problem, with their survivability and bubbles...well, then again they can only use one bubble per fight now. Back when I played my rogue they were able to use both, so it's probably not much of a problem now.

rogues are easyest class of tehm all fora paladin evena noob paladin can beat a average rogue these days

protection blessing isnt nearly as good as divine shield

rogue can just bandage in the pallies face and pally cant do anything while under 'protection'

I'd rather spend a talent point to get rid of the bubble and increase my melee damage... bubble is going to be pointless as soon as mass dispell comes out

If it makes you feel any better, my blood knight will be designed to protect my mage friend and not do much besides live and heal.

No ti wont sat, priests wont be around every corner and if your playing with something that aint noob the warrior will go for the priest hamstring while you keep your distance, mass dispell has a short range, and if your playing a dwarf protection blessing against a rogue is as devine shiled almust you stoneform so they cant blind and do your heal, and then just cancel the buff and stop his first ait its easy or just use a low rank concencration to stop it aswell then go about your healing.

Most overpowered ability in the game imo.

what is?... divine shield?... you obviously play horde not to realise how much it sucks...

if you're a healadin / holydin.. sure it helps you help your friends... but as a retadin it does jack for me because I live off of the weapon timer..

all I'm expecting of burning crusade is that all classes (of all factions / races..and namely all specs) be treated with equality... this 'horde only' 'alliance only' idea is pure crap.. thats my main gripe... we've got our crusader strike.. now I'm just hoping for the best.... this whole "pally is overpowered" idea is just showing how many people 'dont' play pallies.. as it stands.. only holydins are OP'ed... they get a talent that gives them DPS based on their intellect (for burning crusade obviously).. of which I posted a video of below

Alliance Pallies get a seal of holy DoT and Belfadins get a seal with 100% chance on hit?... thats obviously way more pvp oriented... seal of command should recieve a rebuff considering seal of blood now has 40% damage increased from its previous 30% , and it works off of melee crit.. which means its possible of doing some insane damage

that particular change can be viewed here :

Pallys using spell damage coefficients in burning crusade pvp arena (aka holydins)

thx to all who are level-headed in discussing this.. as for the people who cry 'nerf'... play a pally?

First off, I was talking about mass dispel
Second, I play(ed) a human warrior, and have a keen understanding of most of the classes in the game.
Third, invincibility does not suck.

hmm h8 WOTF...as a Warlock Sm/Ruin build i was pwned multiple times by Warrior and Mage....and some by a Rogue, i beat the mage but the Warrior and Rogue was unstopable lol

sure they were all much better equiped, the mage had about +200 dmg extra than me and had a load of epics and the Warrior had T2 and some awsome gear same as the Rogue.....but a Warlock is supposed to pwn, any strat for this situation, i mean as a Soul link lock i was ownin alot of characters with the right combo, and if i really streched my soul shards i could beat most with Void Walker shield/Succ combo but hell i dont have it anymore

so how i beat Rogue and Warriors who have far more epics and power than me?

granted its a drastic skill.. however my main point is that other classes should be compensated with such rediculous skills as MassDispell

I didnt say it 'absolutely' sucked... I said in my situation.. 'my build'.. it sucks.. it serves no other purpose than to support others... because truely if you need to pop divine shield.. theres a problem.. you're either outnumbered , outgeared , or outskilled.. or possibly all of the above

in the other cases where it does not suck.. I quote myself :

if you're a healadin / holydin.. sure it helps you help your friends... but as a retadin it does jack for me because I live off of the weapon timer..

on a subtopic about it sucking... probably the only reason you feel it doesnt suck is cuz you sit there slapping the paladin for the 12 second duration like the rest of the horde, instead of running away to bandage or heal yourself

most does not equal paladin.. paladin is a whole new creature of a class 1-50 is great.. then all of the sudden your DPS no longer scales with the rest of you
