Obi WAn episode 2 question

In one of the stills from the official web page you see obi wans hands tied and he then seems to be tied to some sort of pillar. By his hands of course. does anyone know anything about this scene i am really curious

This is from near the end of the film, when all the major characters have been captured on the planet Geonosis. They are in a large arena. Shortly afterwards comes a large battle.

But I was talking to yerss, yes. Debbie asked this question in another thread and then opened up this one to talk about it. Yerss had answered the question in the other thread but then I deleted all that so we could keep it all to this thread.
