8 days!!
I'm a Speed Freak, that was the worst though, coz I was up for so long, then I slept for like 3 and a half days, but I felt soooooo rough when I got up, and I was a little confuzzled as to what day it was!! I'm NEVER gonna do that again!
My usual now is going out on a Friday night at about 11pm, then staying up until Monday morning, say about 5am, then sleeping again till Tuesday morning until about 9am!! So I'm up for about 54 hrs, then I sleep for 28 hrs!!! It works!!
