The Hellraiser Series

Cool thanx. I did find a copy on video on eBay for £1.50.

freddy doesnt have unlimited powers the dream master has a better hold on dreams he's basically a dream GL and someone with a better imagination can potentally own him, have you seen the kinda crap pinhead comes up with?

I did in 3 but that's the only one I've seen.

I rememba when they get at the disco to make "disc cenobite" and kill the rest including gays and bitches.

Well I have hellraiser 1 and 2 now.

The first 2 hellraiser's are awsome. Pinhead is one of the most evil s.o.b's in the horror world.

I gotta buy Hellraiser again because the video I got was f*cked up.

I want a new release boxset.

love them all except 4 3 cause it was 2 much of a slasher

1 is good now all I have to watch is 2, I saw 3 and that one was ok.

My problem with the Hellraiser series is that there "star" is not in the movie long enough. I do love the series, and unfortunately, I am one of the people who compare Freddy to Pinhead. Instead of Freddy vs. Jason it should have been Freddy vs. the Centibites. That would have been awesome. My fave Hellraiser was three because it focused on Pinhead, or more accurately, who he was before. My least fave was any of the ones after Inferno (which was an awesome movie). I did like the ending of Hellworld although the rest of the movie made no sense.

I completely understand where you are coming from. Pinhead is one of my fave "villans." He's an unforgiving, heart-less, cruel hellion. But it's his job. If you are stupppid enough to want the pleasures of hell, he's the one to help you out. When you are a kid though, Pinhead is as scary as Freddy. I'm not big on Jason. He's the mindless slasher. Wes Craven was at least original with Freddy. Jason, Mike Myers and others are ripoffs. Pinhead was original. Clive Barker's book, The Hellbound Heart, was the best book I'd read in a long time. Stephen King, my fave author, says Clive is the future in horror writing. And it turned out to be true. They should try to make his other books into movies. As long as they don't butcher them.

I love to cenobite, very entertaining...design!

Ok I have seen 1,2 and 3 and I liked the 3 the most. It showed just how powerful pinhead was, although I am confused as to how he turned back to normal and a good guy (I think) in 2 then he got on that wierd turning pillar at the end and then in 3 he's bad again.

um.....he's never been good or bad........he simply is. People seek the pleasure of hell.........he gives it to them......they demand, he supplies.......no good, no bad.

I alway's thought he was evil because of the whole hell thing and the whole ruining the church thing.
