VCD Star Wars I & II should I get it ?

A friend got this on a trip but he siad they are FULL SCREEN......and have a inrto with R2-D3 and 3PO on a 3 disc version of AOC and TPM is 2 disc VCDS
I am a Collctor and would like to get this on every format I can...
my question are this:
#1) Hows the video look ?
#2) Hows the audio?
#3) Are this Ilega or put out by Fox?

well you can rent it at any place you can rent it at. Look for your self because i had the same problem before but in a sertain point of view. ✅

I'd wait till the dvd collection is released. I think in October of this year.
