I Can't Sleep!!!!!!

try laying down on your bed, lights off, window curtain slightly ajar so that room is somewhat dimly lit, then look up at your ceiling...and stare.

It is even raining which usually helps me sleep..... but instead..... I am watching network programing.....

try eating lots of heavy food, my science teacher sez that when ur really ful it realses this chemical into the brain which makes u sleep, or try sleeping with the window open, once i didnt sleep al night coz i was so hot!!

I couldn't sleep last night either so I'm very tired this morning and am missing school 😄

K I FINALLY WENT TO SLEEP!!! Although it took me forever... after I got off here, I at leftover pizza, watched Chocolat and read until finally I went to sleep.... I am tired now!!!

what ever you do, dont count sheep. they are the devil's work. whenever i count sheep, i always forget what number im on, then spend half an hour tryin to remember what number i was on, then i start again, until i forget etc.
