is it true you have to be black or gay to get aids

No.

You can get AIDS by being straight, and it doesn't matter what race you are, everyone is susceptible to it.

You get it from body fluid, blood, saliva, mucus, etc.

oh i thought cos everybody in africa and san francisco got it

umm This topic is not one that I want to get upset about. I have a friend that has HIV, and he is not gay nor is he black. It is very serious subject that shouldn't be joked about or made light of. It is a life threatening illness that is violent and doesn't care who u are, gay or straight, man or womam, black or white.
