The Fellowship's failure.

Do you think the Fellowship would have failed, as I think Galadriel predicted, if they had stayed together at the end of FOTR?

I always got the impression that Aragorn and possibly Gimli were too strong willed to let that happen.

it was just destiny... the fellowship could only go so far... and Galadriel predicted it.

well boromir would have took the ring sooner or later

aragorn would not have been able to resist the urge and he would try and single handedly take on mordor

merry and pippin would attract the attention of sauron by doing something stupid

legolas would not make it to mordor as the emin muil would dirty him...so he would leave

With success comes sacrifice, I think that more of the fellowship would've died for them to succeed. *coughlegolascough*

This is really off topic, but in fellowship, I couldn't stand Boromir... but in towers extended version, i loved him. All because of stupid Denethor

and the ultimate sacrifice would be made

meh, the fellowship would have been a bore if they continued on, Gimli would never of tried to take the ring, he was first to try and destroy it and broke an axe in the process. Legolas would not have died (even though i wish he did)...just because he has great skills and bassically no one can touch him, I say either Merry or pippin would have got the boot.

infact Sauron, you could have made your own orc out of his beard shavings
