Red Hot Chili Peppers

Red Hot Chili Peppers is one band that I cannot make myself listen to. Their music drones on and on, it's boring and I do not understand the hype. I did like a couple of their first albums, but now I think their songs are overplayed and uninteresting.

Do you agree or disagree?

i dig the pepper take it i dont think they are as good as they use to be

Anytime I am listening to the radio and one of their songs come on, I change the station as fast as I can. I am not sure WHY their music annoys me so much, but it does...

I have to say i'm a big fan of theirs, just love there stuff.
My brother is in a band and they play there songs sometimes, and they are so good to listen to. 💃

red hot chili peppers are one of the most amazing talented bands out there. look at how long they've been around and they've still got it.

The amount of time they have been around means nothing.

And whether or not they have still "got it" is a matter of opinion.

You know what's funny all the DJ's at the radio station I listen to absolutely HATE the Chili Peppers, but they have to play their music cos they have a playlist and such.

incuhead--->I agree with Striel... There are plenty of bands who've been around for a long time and are still going strong.

Okay, well, I come on here for the first time in... months and I see a topic that looks like it would appeal to me... and no. No no no no no ****in' NO! How can you not like them? They've been through 20 years of blood, sweat, tears, sex, drugs, funk rock 'n' roll and they've come out these amazing and beautiful and talented, godly people... they were brilliant then and brilliant now.

Oh, and by saying the Chilis are crap you're saying that John Frusciante is crap. And John Frusciante is not crap. He's the anti-crap. He's my ****ing saviour and nobody badmouths him. In fact, hold that result, I've just drank 6 bottles of Bud and ive just realised that the guy is a f***** God. If he turned out to be the new Messiah I wouldn't be at all surprised.
