Just curious Mark, (LOL), ok Disc, were you already fond of Eagles even before LOTR came to your life? 😄 I just found it interesting. I'm now imagining what you felt and what your initial reaction was when you saw them for the first time in the movie or read about them for the first time. 😄

also yes i was very font of eagles before LOTR came about, I didnt take much notice to the eagle in FOTR as I didnt know it was an eagle to begin with.

True Story - I first got fond of eagles when I went to get my first tattoo (which I have now), and it is one of an eagle and it looked sooo awesome, thereafter I got really fond of them and even read a book for english on them which was rather interesting....
When I went to see ROTK with 2 friends (I was sitting in the middle of them) and when the Eagles came to the black gate I actually stood up and took of my jumped to reveal the tattoo and started showing it off as I was so chuffed.....thats when I became a little obsessed 😖hifty:
