I am also an Elf.
I also love Legolas. Like most people who like Legolas, I think he is georgeous. I also enjoyed reading an article called "Speaking of Legolas". The writer made many points about him having a "childlike" curiousity about the world. I really love that side of him too. I may be getting too carried away here, by including this poem, but I just thought all perverts like me and nonperverts would like this too. This poem reminds me of that "childlike" innocents. I may not be interpreting this poem the way it was intended though.
You Awaken Me
I stand upon the sandy shore listening to the tide
My feelings floweth over such I can not hide
The sun is going down as I have taken stock
As you enter in my life I find the key to loves tender lock
You have warmed my heart beyond imagination's thoughts
A kindling of a spiritual kind that you have truely brought
A restoration bares witness to my very soul
Recharging my emotions you make me feel whole
Filling my mind with all that we both magically see
With conquering love my dear, you awaken me.
