tptmanno1 if you're struggling for something to say, try and pay attention to the little things. Compliment her if she wears her hair differently than normal (assuming it looks good and not worst than normal), or if she's wearing some nice shoes. Sometimes stay away from the pants and top because that tends to make them think your checking out their boobs or ass...It'll show that you pay attention to the details that she fusses over. If she spends 20+minutes a day doing her hair, or spends hours shopping for shoes....it isn't because she wants to go unnoticed.

i used the shoes bit last night. Hottest girl in my class had these freakin dope 4 inch red high heels on. I had been thinking about saying it all night to her, but i didn't get up the balls to initiate conversation. Luckily we were heading the same direction to our cars after class (night class). She slowed down and started to talk to me about class, so we talked a bit then i told her shoes looked really cute. Then she was like totally stoked and asked me to walk her to her car. I couldn't believe it, but then again, compared to most losers in my class...i'm a stud.
