Nalfeins head turned quickly to the side as he ran towards Sakura. He jumped down from a tree branch, stabbed eragon with his scimitar and held onto it as he slid down his chest making a very large cut. He pushed off of him with his feet and picked up sakura in his arms. Nalfein quickly jumped back into the trees with the fox in his arms heading back to his house in the forest canopy where no one knew he lived.
