Not a very good one; Rex's control of the Force is a tad imprecise. He's become a darn good shot, though.
"Sith techniques" is a bit vague, of course, but yes, you will have advanced.
However, I feel I should point out that what you have gained from the archive, the Light Siders can always take away. Those things take sodding ages to de-code and they are not very portable.
The Dark Siders can at no point relax, but it must be said that pillaging Avalar is only the start, as far as they are concerned.
Here's what I think Yerssot is saying, even though my Wackoish is a bit rusty. 😄
Force Recovery: Quicker than focusing on recovery, and heals more deadly things even a little, like near-fatal blaster wounds.
Force Bubble: Kind of like a barrier, but it just makes things stop before they hit you.
Here's a few moves I HOPE we have:
Force Choke: Choke people with the Force (duh, and we have that)
Force Lightning: Zap people (one of us at least should have that, even if it's not me)
Force Fire: I made it upl myself, but you fire sparks from your hand and light things on fire (cloaks, trees, etc.)
Force Crush: It was a rumored Force move in Ep. II when Anakin fights the Tusken Raiders, but it breaks a bones using the Force.
Force Crush and Force Fire are kinda whatever, but one of us should have Force Lightning. More likely to be Quam or Edna.
So Force Recovery, Force Bubble, Force Choke, Force Lightning, Force Crush, and Force Fire are all on my list of moves for us to learn by the third or fourth game (if we even get that far, which we will)
It's not as if you learn them as specific moves; your understanding of the Force increases, is all. Grip and Crush are just like push and pull, really, just with better power and/or control. It's all telekinesis.
Until I have it confirmed that the force can zap things you will NOT be seeing that sort of thing much. I don't want the Force to see overly magical. Lightning is an ULTIMATE power, not a casual thing.
The Force cannot close wounds. I am pretty sure you can accelerate your natural healing over time but that is a subtle effect. You can also ignore pain, and so forth, but a bad wound is a bad wound regardless.
Rex is the big mystery there; we don't know where he is.
Edna has disappeared to an extent that worries me in personal life, but she should be back on the board when she gets back to University next tuesday.
Queeq is busy with fmaily things right now, I think.
Yerss is as available as you are, but as a captive can do bog all without the other three!
