Okay. Stefan and I are arguing about this.

Does the Charnel army and Kuylen's cousin (the general) know that he was actually alive after he was declared legally dead? Or do they still think that he's dead?

I think that they know he was still alive after that because of how things they said were worded, and because things like starting small wars will be heard about....Stefan says that they think that he was dead the whole time and don't know about all the chaos he was causing.

So which one of us is right?

Being as he's one of the most wanted criminals....they'd have to be REALLY dense. Or, as Rex just said, he's legally dead to them and they'd rather just continue to think of him that way, and don't want to admit that he's evil. But that would still mean I'm right, because that'd mean that they did know he was alive and would only have been denying it.
