Kuylen he cared about. As far as you are concerned, he thinks of you like all the other Dark Siders he sent the Bureau after- dead or gone, so long as you have no power he's happy. He doesn't think any of you are going to be a threat.
Oh, I didn't think he would. It was more just a contact at the Bureau informing him that another batch o' Darkies had been bagged, though the contact tries to make it seem notable by mentioning who they were, and Sidious just kinda goes 'Whatever, tell the Jedi Council, and inform the Senate, have a nice day.'
But just to refer back to him being suspicious... that's the Bureau position, but Sidious has good instincts. He's probably not totally convinced. But like I say, he doesn't care. Even if you are not dead, the Bureau have done their job and gotten you out the Galaxy.
If that ever rebounds on him, then it won't be the only time Sidious concentrates too much on his big enemies and ignores others.
