It's the traditional 'tail end of Summer' slowness.
Mind you, the Dark Siders- other than continually generating new obstacles for themselves- don't have much left to do.
In fact, one of the plotlines have a huge extent left; the Spiridos one could probably run the longest at this point- Cassilis pulled ahead after a couple of nights of very intense role-playing which covered a period that often can take weeks.
I think the Dark Sider's problem right now is that they are all mostly waiting for someone else to tell them what to do. Someone needs to take charge and say "Right, we're just going to do this, like this, and if it goes totally wrong we'll improvise." But at least do something, because as you see, waiting around brings trouble; time is nt on yuor side. One of the points of the episode is to show the countdown you have in Republican space before the Bureau catches you.
The Renegades just need to either take the risk with the warehouse, or find a more innocuous way to do it (seriously, just think about where you are!), and then they can get the info they need to push on and move towards their ending. The Jedi on Charaeus... just need to push on! Not a complex plot, their one.
"Five storylines at once??!" I hear you cry. Yup, well, it suits all these players well, though the trick is that each of them only 'needs' one person each (though the Dark Side would be very lonely with only one player).
Next episode, though, there will be only three- one for each thread.
"continually generating new obstacles for themselves"
Yeah, we're good at that, aren't we.....
As I have lost patience with Zink for not helping any with planning the parts-stealing, I've just gone ahead and posted what I think we should do....
I started school yesterday, btw, which doesn't really mean anything yet (as I have about 7 and a half hours of class a week), but will in a couple weeks when my two remaining classes start. As most of my classes are more independent-learning based, I'll probably get quite busy after a while (especially considering my tendency to procrastinate).
