Just wanted to say I hope everyone here has a safe and happy holiday this weekend. I' probably won't get much time with the computer 'till Tuesday, but I'm guessing I won't be the only one.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, everyone.

I'm going to start jabbing people so that they vote. ermm

I think we should hear what Ush has to say. 😱

I agree...

(collapses from lack of sleep and being sick)

Merry Christmas...

And to you. ermm

Merry Christmas all, and a nice Boxing Day to those that celebrate it.

Merry Christmas! I hope OT game gains momentum soon!

Kool.

So yeah, I'm reading Hitchhiker's Guide for the first time. I know, I'm lame for waiting this long...

Damogran and Jaglan Beta, not to mention the continent of France...no idea why that sounds familiar, not at all.

Dur!
And most of UTG will make much more sense as well...

You hoopy frood you...

You're just NOW reading it?

...admittedly it's been about 3 years since I've last read it so yeah. But at least I have before 😛

Hey Ushmeister...

Because Dak brought attention to it with trying to figure out something for his Dak story...where are all the planets you created for the RP located? Like Damagran and Tartarus and Fernau? I'm assuming most are Mid Rim and Outer Rim, but...what are close 'established' planets?

Also...could Galder keep using the Yaran root? ermm

Like Recreationally?
Could be interesting...

I've also decided that Galder is going to go vibro-blade for close combat.

Dak seems to have decided that Arnia and Lanzar have gone to war at some point in history, too. 😂

Hey, it was Ush that decided that, Rex. 😛

Apparently, Ush thinks the Piggies have a liking for Arnian-leather chairs.

Well, if it is any compensation, it's not just Arnians; they have a taste in furniture for all reptillian species.

I think the only time we have played on core worlds is in the latest episodes on Spiridos and Cassilis. You get a correspondingly different game; heavy on the investigation/social side.

Damagran is a signifcant social signpost because one of the points of it was that it was at the edge of what people would refer to as central Republic civilisation in that direction. It is the last bastion of the Republic, beyond it you are getting into more lawless territories. That probabl;y puts it far out on the Mid-Rim, and gives a hazy indication of how close the Sith were at that point in history as opposed to the whole Zeiton thing, which implies the Sith normally hung around MUCH further out.

Tartarus is in the Lamella system, near Malastare; Malastare itself is kind of a halfway house between Republican civilisation and piratey nastiness and is also Mid-Rim.

The Dark Siders work from the outside in. Worlds like Demarus are as far into the Mid-Rim as they are ever going to get; we won't see that kind of thingfor... well, possibly ever. Gonderkorro is Outer Rim, btw. But then so was Fernau- you need to be VERY far out into the Rim to get out of range of the Bureau.

Okay... Rex, Ush is being mostly vague, so we can put the planets practically anywhere as long as we stay in the same Inner/Outer Rim! 😄

*tentatively adds Tartarus to his edited map of the Galaxy*

We were thinking Zeiton would be out beyond the Unknown Regions, Ush, right on the very edge of the Galaxy somewhere?

Yes- Zeiton is so far out that the star field is sparse there.
